DTS STAFF

DTS Staff is your opportunity to make disciples that make disciples. In addition to walking closely with the students of the various streams, you will help set the culture for the school through your leadership, prayer and intercession, worship, and lifestyle of knowing Him and making Him known. If you want to be on the cutting edge of what God is doing in the nations, this is your chance. We ask that all staff make a minimum one year commitment, and do encourage staff to prayerfully buy in to the long-term vision of the ministry. However, in order to grab a hold of the particular flavour and DNA of Marine Reach Training, we require that all accepted applicants participate for at least three months in the ministry staff department, before joining the DTS Staff team.

Here is a brief overview of the responsibilities of our DTS Staff:

-Biblical Discipleship

-Small Group Leading

-Team Building/Leading

-Administration

-Outreach Program Preparation & Liasing

-Prayer Ministry

-Heart & Spirit Ministry to the Students

Come and be a part of discipling the next generation of world changers. Join the Marine Reach Training DTS Staff Team!
